Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within [e.g., 14] days after receiving their product(s).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.


Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before product processing begins.
If you cancel your order before that time, you will receive a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original selling condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

  • Items must include their original boxes or packaging.

  • All returned items must be sent in one single package.

  • Returns/exchanges must be shipped using the same service as the original delivery.

  • Returns/exchanges can only be accepted from the same country of delivery (e.g., orders delivered to the U.S. must be returned from the U.S.).

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • The return/exchange shipping cost and any import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, certain jewelry, makeup, and skincare products cannot be returned.
Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is still intact.

Naturally, any faulty or defective items can be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items show signs of wear, use, or alteration from their original condition.
If your return is rejected, you may choose to have the item sent back to you at your own expense.


How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Team to begin the return process.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • A photo or video of the defective or incorrect product (if applicable)

Step 2: Place your receipt and items back into the original packaging.

Step 3: Fill out three copies of the Return Pro-Forma Invoice Form.
Place all copies in the transparent envelope and attach it to the outside of the package (do not seal it yet).
These documents are required for customs clearance.

Step 4: Hand your package to the courier.
Once verified, securely seal the package and complete the return.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return package reaches us, please allow [e.g., 7–14 business days] for processing (depending on peak times).
If the return does not meet the conditions above, your item will be returned to you at your own expense.

When your return has been accepted, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you.
