Shipping Policy

Delivery Options

When your destination country is the United States, you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 18–30 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $15 (💡 FREE on orders over $350)

Standard delivery is free for orders over $350.
The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Please note: During peak seasons or major promotional events, delivery may take a little longer.

Express Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 7–20 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $15

Please note: Delivery time may vary slightly during peak shopping periods or holiday promotions.

Where Do We Deliver?

We currently ship orders to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

⚠️ Please note: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box addresses at this time.

How Can I Track My Order?

Our delivery time starts once your order has been accepted and includes up to 24 hours for order processing and dispatch on business days.
(Processing may take longer during high-demand periods.)

Once your order has been packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details and a link to monitor your shipment online.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update.
You can also track your order directly through your customer account.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and will be shown at checkout.
Make sure to select your location to view the correct local pricing, delivery times, and shipping costs.

Option 1: Prices Include Taxes and Duties (DDP)

We ship all orders on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that import taxes and duties are already included in the product price.
There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Option 2: Prices Exclude Taxes and Duties (DDU)

We ship all orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that product prices are exclusive of import taxes and duties.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you’ll be required to pay all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes applicable in your region.

After your order is placed, we will email you to confirm your acceptance of these terms.
